Not all the games are presented in the store. Why won't you add more publishers, including old classic games?

Sometimes the games do not launch but I can't even talk to someone to know what is going on. WHy do I have to pay for the things I can't use? Terrible customer support service.

So I tried uPlay, PlaystationStore but still Steam is the best for PC gaming! I wish the support was quicker and more responsive, but still the best gaming services provided.
