i49 Seed Supplier

Order from i49 not received, no tracking, no support, could not dispute with them.

Essentially got scammed, did the checking account order, didn't get a shipment tracking number, and the order says "pending" months later. i49 support was of no assistance, wouldn't reship/refund or work with me, said they shipped it but couldn't give me a tracking number.

Disputed with my bank, but because I used my "checking account" to get extra free seeds over a credit card, I had to close my checking account to reverse the charges.

I would not use this company. Things like this make tell me this company does not care about their clients.

Also on i49.net's main page, they promote their 6,000 great reviews on trust pilot. Too bad when you go to read them, it says "Account suspended" because they are a bad fit. If you add a negative review, they immediately dispute it. Probably why they got suspended.

Horrible rude customer service

Horrible rude customer service. They were selling me fakes. I got 1/4 of the seeds that are good and they said that 1/2 were no good, but only 1 seed was bad so I think they sold me fake seeds at least. Also I ordered multiple packs and the seeds from the other pack had mold on them when I opened them, so I think they just sell fake stuff cuz all of the packs had different packaging and came from different places in China.

The relationship with the company was impeccable, but I am not satisfied with the quality of the seeds. They gave me a discount to compensate for the bad seeds when I tried to germinate the first few. Now that I've tried the rest of them, I'm really disappointed. I have been growing for many years, but these are worse results than ever. I give the company 5 stars, but the seed quality is 2.

Two months ago I ordered seeds from them. They took my money, but I never received the goods! It is even impossible to contact them, so I requested a refund through my bank.

P. S. I ordered from another company, and I had the seeds in two weeks.

I wouldn't recommend CropKing!

My second experience with the harvest king and a complete failure. A terrible purchase, I will never deal with CK seeds again, a waste of money to get seeds that will not germinate, ordered twice and was unlucky, the first order did not germinate at all, 20 seeds, none popped out, then the second order, all seeds look cracked, small, very pale, not a single dark seed. I ordered fem seeds and regular seeds, all pale, they look completely different from the photos.
