This place is adorable and quite to stay and rest from the city hustle. I wish I could visit it every year or even twice a year!

Website offered several room options for the hotel I booked. I opted for a “Family Plan” 2 Queen room which cost more than the standard. I get to the hotel and they never heard of that. Said they only have standard rooms. I went through 5 agents and the Urgent care team. She said she contacted the hotel and they confirmed I got the Family Plan. I called and spoke to the desk and she said she never said that. They continued to cut me off over and over in the chat. Customer service is terrible and liars. Went through BBB and they still try to say I got the room I paid for. Yeh I got 2 Queen beds but I got a standard room which on their page was less than the Family Plan I thought I was getting. All I wanted was the difference back from the Family Plan room I paid more for and the standard plan which was what I got and was less money. Nope, they still try to say I got what I booked. Then, I send an email to corporate. They tried to say I got the room I paid for and that my booking shows I got it. I have screen shots of their offered rooms, which they gave options for 7 different types of rooms but the hotel told me they only have 3 and they are all “standard “ rooms. And I have a screen shot of my booking showing I paid for a 2 Queen#double Family Plan room. Corporate then shut off the email and will not let me respond. And of all the people I have spoken to, no one has answered my question of what their difference is of a standard room and their family plan double room.

DON'T book with FlyFar. They booked me with an airline, Spirit, that later refunded our tickets. Since we got our tickets through FlyFar, Spirit told us to get our refund from FlyFar.
FlyFar would not refund to us the money that Spirit had refunded to them. FlyFar kept pretending that they needed more information, and after I had sent the the information for the 3rd or 4th time, and they continued to use stalling techniques, I realized they were just stringing me on. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company that successfully got my money back.

I took quite long to get my compensation back (covid and stuff, you know) but airhelp.com has made lots of efforts to get my money back and I know that. I think that it would took years for me to return my money if not airhelp. Thanks

I usually travel by bus for work to different states. There are always cheap tickets for bus at wanderu.com. I used it about a dozen times and there were never issues.

I have ordered a trip in advance and they just informed me that it was a change due to some problems with the airlines and my vacation must be postponed. How come? Do you understand that it is often not possible cause I have to take an extra time and quite my job for extra days? But the main reason is that they still continue to sell tickets and things with the exact my dates. How would you call that? Never use them again. They are irresponsible!

I used to travel Europe and used this service twice or three times. It was hardly impossible to cancel the subscription! The support department was not responsive concerning this issue. Seems like they are trying to hold those who can pay at any means. You can't do business like that!

Westgate Resorts was the perfect place for our kids in Orlando. Rooms were big and clean, huge hot tub, full kitchen. Close to all the resorts and parks. Thanks to Bookvip for the great price!
