Poor customer support and quality

I ordered a few things after I saw an ad of some fancy clothed and fitted girls. But when the items were delivered to me I was literally shocked with the color and the quality of the material. I missed 14 days guarantee and tried to contact the support and complain but they refused to exchange or return money.
