I purchased a product in the beginning of December and it was supposed to come today but it got lost because they couldn't find my address. I contacted customer service but they didn't tell me anything and they haven't responded to my problem. I wanted a refund but I can't contact them at all. Very disappointed in shopping at ROMWE. Did not receive what I bought and I haven't gotten a confirmation on a refund.
Edit: I eventually got my refund after awhile of customer service but they were able to successfully cooperate with me and provide my money back so I continue in life without stress. Thanks!
