Dreadful experience

I can't comment on experience as a seller but my experience as a buyer was horrendous. No clear lines of communication, no support apart a general « buyer support « line where you speak to a different person every time, if you even get through. My deal fell through because the agent provided incorrect information, so I l’ost a lot of money in fees and seller’s chain fell through. It is an absolutely dreadful experience and going forward I actively avoid properties sold through Purple Bricks.
