Miserable operator and customer service!
Re-booking costed me 50$ - more then the original price was while informed not about a ticket upgrade, this is a clear case of fraud!
Their data bank comes no reaction on request to delete my credit card details, so this will become a case for the attorney of New York! Trust me.

Why you don't provide my refund? Why should I wait until the pandemic overs to use the funds I gave you? You should refund people if they have no chance to use your service! I mean it!

So I have been trting to get a refund for a partially used ticket but the customer support keeps bouncing me from one dept to another and never promised a refund.

The services person was more than nice, but I had plane ticket to Hawaii for 2 and had to change destination due to Covid19 and I now owe an additional 500.00 in changing flight fees!!! I even paid the Travelers insurance!!!! Airline are a complete ripe-off!!!
