I am quite impressed with this service as I was skeptical first. It allows actually to save about 20-30% from your online buying, it does! I live in New Zealand and still I can use it to save from a lot of local shops. PayPal created a good thing!
Months later, I never received any of the Honey Gold points which I was promised at checkout. I was told that I would get points, and made many orders, but my balance stays the same always. And not once has any coupon it tried ever worked. Just what is the point of this add-on? I will remove it, I think.
In my experience with Honey, I’ve never actually saved money with a coupon code, but I did manage to save a few bucks on Amazon because it pointed me to a cheaper seller for the item I was interested in purchasing. (That’s something a coupon site wouldn’t be able to do.) Recently, I did get a few dollars off because of a coupon code that it automatically applied.
I thought this was a nice way to save money, rather than Googling coupon codes and landing on sites like RetailMeNot. Coupon sites, in general, are hit or miss, so I thought Honey would help automate this process and find more ways to help me save.
Also, it would be great if you provided support to other markets such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon(India) and other major e-commerce platforms across the globe
