I was disappointed

I was disappointed to find that my box included only bras, despite having selected underwear in my preferences. Moreover, I did not receive a bra and panty set despite having paid for that option.

My experience

We do love the products and the quality is good. However, it sells out way too quick and sometimes the shipping takes longer than expected. If you plan ahead and need a gift this is a great site. If you need something last minute or something quickly this is not a place for you.

They can't deliver in time

I made my order on 2nd February and they promissed it to be delivered by 10th. Today is 15th but I still have not received the item for the Valentine's day. Should I cancel the order, adoreme?

It was okay

I got a few things with my membership, but they never let me redeem my free set. No matter how I tried to redeem it, they wouldn't let me. Also, sometimes it took a while to get things. It wasn't all bad, just not fantastic. But the old bait and switch for the free sixth set really chapped my azz.
