I Chicme but...

I like Chicme clothes and I have purchased from your company before, but the last item I ordered took longer than expected to arrive. When I contacted customer service, I was told that item had been returned because the address on the order form was incorrect. However, when I checked my order form, both the zip code and address were correct. This unfortunate mistake caused me to be inconvenienced for several days.

I recommend this retailer. The pajama set I got was exactly as described and of high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few weeks if you live in the United States, but it was still faster than other things I've ordered coming from China. It was presented well in a Chic Me-branded thick zip bag, which made it feel more personal and special. The pearl and heart appliqués are perfect and I love the grey leopard print!

I can't imagine that even the XL would fit me

Service from this online store was awesome, but the large size ordered (12-14) barely fit my daughter who wears a size 8. I can't imagine that even the XL would fit me.

My order came on time and everything was in perfect condition. However, one of my items arrived with a hole and a size smaller than what I requested on the internet.

Adds have nothing to do with realit

The clothing is very poor quality. Don’t be fooled by the pretty ad. The sizing is too small and wrong and they don’t exchange goods nor refund money. BEWARE AS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. MY BOYFRIEND WAS PURCHASING MY CHRISTMAS GIFTS FROM THIS STORE OVER $1000. THEY WANTED A PICTURE OF HIS DRIVER’S LICENSE AND PICTURE OF HIS CREDIT CARD. AFTER THOSE WERE PROVIDED HE WANTED A PICTURE OF HIS BANK STATEMENT. SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT OVER A WEEK AGO AND THEY WOULD NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
