Awful

This was our first and last order from them! I ordered an AppleWatch here, and got a scratched watch with someone else's Apple ID.
I wrote them about 4 emails, a week has passed, and this problem is still not solved. Slow and inefficient customer service responses, and there doesn't seem to be anyone there to fix it and give me a refund.

Don't trust them

I ordered a phone and it took me two weeks to get it. It looked like someone was using it. There was no receipt, nor any information about the packaging.

Never again

I bought an Apple tablet. It came with a few big scratches on the screen. I would never pay that price for a Christmas present knowing it would look like this. I can't give it as a gift.
