The company I ordered a rug from refused to honor their seven-day price guarantee. It seems that the rug in question was on sale for 27 dollars less two days after I had made my purchase.

Overstock does not do due diligence

Overstock does not do due diligence when it comes to the merchandise it sells. Consumers pay 300 to 500% more than they should for items on Overstock because they do not price match and leave the consumer out to dry when a vendor scams them.

No customer service

I bought an item from Overstock.com, and it was shipped in an unassembled state. Two blocks away from my house, the item was delivered to another customer's address. When I called customer service, they put me on hold, never called back, and displayed a lack of concern for customers.

Jeff Bezos owns this company, they rip you off to the best of their ability consistently. After using them frequently during my last move, I am tired of their crap and will never use again.

Never order from an overstock...

Never order from an overstock. The product they sent me is missing parts, incorrect assembly manual and not as shown in the picture. It's impossible to get someone to really help. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to use the services of a retailer, and save yourself the huge frustration associated with people who don't care.
