Company's values are the real reason we made the switch

Our conversation was interrupted because I couldn't locate certain info in a timely fashion. Although I do believe he would have waited on line for me, James returned my call as promised and we were able to complete our transaction. Thus far, I am pleased with the service, as I'm getting more than twice the amount of Gigs for an even lower monthly fee. This company's values are the real reason we made the switch!

Horrible customer service

It’s the worst mobile carrier I’ve had. This company has terrible customer service and does not go an extra step to make things right after they caused a lot of problem.

Avoid Patriot Mobile at all cost

I would not recommend this carrier to anyone.The tech people repeated the same mistakes on two occasions and ported the wrong number to our device. One of the SIM cards shipped had no data on it at all.
