Beware...........

Buyer beware. I purchased a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle that was supposed to be 20 x 15 inches. I received a 252-piece puzzle that is 14 x 11 inches instead. I have attempted to contact customer service several times but no one responded. The puzzle is cheaply made with pieces that are all the same shape, size and thickness except for the border pieces.

Great customer service

I am really satisfied with the quality of the product, although the delivery took quite a long time. Also, the customer service was excellent. I had a little problem with my address, but everything was sorted out as soon as possible. Very highly recommended.

The customer service was excellent

The return was really fast. They report on each stage of the process. With my very first order, I had problems with the size.I contacted customer support, sent an email and it was fixed as soon as possible. Everything was smooth. Redbubble absolutely takes into account all aspects, starting with a huge variety of options, design, delivery and customer service.

Do not order from them

Ordered 2 masks with glitter and 1 mask with gilding. Mask material consists of a picture of glittered cloth, so no sparkle. The quality is subpar.

Bad bad..

My husband ordered and paid an order on 27th November, eta 8th December. We haven't received any goods and any refund and any answer to my emails yet. And the status changed to delivered!! We haven't received it!!

Amazing customer service
