Do not recommend this company

I ordered the goods at the stadium 4 times, and each time the goods had to be returned because the goods were damaged or defective. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, I received poor customer service and a refund fee. In addition to having to pay for return shipping. I will not buy anything else from the stadium products and I warn those who are interested in buying from them. They don't stand on the side of their product.

I bought some amazing shoes from them...

I bought some amazing shoes from them. I was looking for shoes that were not on the official website of the company, as stocks ran out. My friend recommended the stadium goods to me. They have an amazing assortment, and I found shoes very similar to the pair I was looking for. I got them and the quality is amazing. I'll be back.

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small for me and contacted them a few days later, thinking it would be like any other company and that I had 30 days to exchange them or get a refund. I was wrong. They give you about 24 hours to make a decision, and then you're left with what you have, and the shoes were very expensive.

Very poor customer service

I bought shoes for my son, as a birthday present. Unfortunately, when we received them, they were half a size smaller for him. when I wrote to customer support I was told that they could not be exchanged or refunded. They have a 3-day refund policy and there was nothing they could do for me.
Very poor customer service.
