The site is difficult to navigate. Customer support does not care about its customers. I don't recommend this brand to anyone. They need to significantly improve customer service and make sure that their customers have received their parcels, etc.

Scam

I joined and never received the product. They have no customer service number to call so you can only write them by messenger or email. I was told to wait 9 more days. Still did not receive it.

This company is a scam. Once they zap your money out of your account, you are on your own. Forget ever being able to communicate with a real person.

Best subscriptions I've used

I've been subscribed for ipsy for about 3 month now and have got 2 boxes already with adorable personalized makeup stuff. The service has been very responsive so far. But I can't track my parcels well sometimes.
