same as the other 1-star reviews on here. new customer and never got my order. when reaching out to customer service they refused to give me ANY money back under the "no returns or exchanges for new customers" rule. despite it not being a return or exchange for a refund, it was that i literally didn't get my product and they refused to fulfill my order on their end without me giving them MORE money, refused to reimburse/refund me ANYTHING, and offered me "partial store credit", which i would never use considering my first order didn't show up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
