Rude staff

Although I have not had a single friend tell me they had a good experience with Petsmart grooming, I have been satisfied on my two visits. The first time went well, but the second visit did not meet my expectations because the groomer was under the impression that I wanted my dog de-shedded when in fact I had requested a brush out. After giving me a dirty look when I corrected them on what his name was again they told me they didn't cut his back claws because he was too anxious. Although this will not prevent me from returning as a customer, it may prevent me from recommending the professional services of Petsmart to others.
