Zero stars!

Honestly last year I would’ve given them a 5 star review but in 2021, that’s simply not the case. The customer service number they have listed is no longer in service. I had to call because they left off my apartment number when they shipped my phone. Frustrating but I understand mistakes happen.

However, their website is a nightmare to navigate. They don’t resolve concerns like this. There was little information to go by and I am hoping if I ever have issues with my phone I don’t have to go in circles again. I don’t even think they have a US customer service line. The only one I could find is in France. This is simply unacceptable for a website to have no way to resolve concerns. I always believe in going directly to the source to resolve concerns. But when that’s not possible and there’s no information listed, then what? That’s why I am giving them one star. Honestly that’s generous. I don’t know if they have changed ownership as of 2021, but my experience before has been day and night. Avoid them at ALL cost!
