The first one I bought was not fully cured

The first one I bought was not fully cured. The glue was too thick and had gotten everywhere. The drill bits were all over the place, and the canvas had frayed edges. I am very disappointed with this company; I used to really like it.

I received a damaged package and notified customer service about it. The representative I spoke with offered me a few options for rectifying this issue, which I was pleased with. I rate the experience 10/10 and will continue to shop with PSA in the future.

The shipping process takes too long

The company seems to have a large inventory, which is good. The shipping process takes too long, however. I have waited 10-14 days on several occasions and I never received an order in 3-5 days as promised.
