Avas Flowers should be ashamed

Let me first say that Avas Flowers should be ashamed of the way they handled my order. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a wake service two days before the funeral, and was promised delivery before the service began. When I did not see the flowers at the wake, I called the company numerous times and was told every time that they had been delivered at 4:00pm and that they had called the florist and got no answer. The funeral home staff were then tasked with searching their premises for my order, which they did not find. I reported this matter to my credit card company as Avas Flowers never returned any of my calls or emails as they had promised to do. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from an organization that has been in business for 30 years as they claim.
