I arrived in the UK from Australia about a month ago and have been using Lyca since I arrived. My girlfriend, who was also travelling with me, has also been using the service. We are both amazed at how bad the service is, how slow the internet is, and the fact that it has somehow disabled hotspot on my phone (which is illegal in Australia). Lyca told us when we signed up for the service that it would work across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, but we found out this to be untrue upon arrival in those countries.
