Although we had been using ADP for several years, we were dissatisfied with their service and high prices. We decided to switch our 401K plan to ADP despite the advice of several business people who warned us that we would be disappointed. Our implementation experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was nonexistent, follow-up nonexistent, and mistakes were constant. Today I received my first 401K invoice and the fees are 142% higher than what was promised upfront. My goal is to find a new payroll provider as soon as possible so that we can avoid such future problems.
