They refused

When the company's product arrived with the wrong cables and instructions, I spent three days troubleshooting before opening a case citing the bad experience. The company resolved the issue by covering the cost of a new turbo sensor and an ECU flash, which resulted in a two-thousand-euro repair bill. While I was grateful for the resolution, I wanted my money back for their faulty product. However, they refused to refund me and failed to review my claim or reach out to me personally.
