Do not order from them if you do not want to waste your time on a refund later

I placed an order, the delivery was supposed to take from 5 to 7 working days. A week passed, I contacted customer support, they told me that my order would arrive to me in 2 days. Another week has passed and there is still no order. I can't track it because they didn't send me a tracking number for the parcel.
