At 74 Telford Road Eh4 2NF on 12 December 2015, I visited your branch with my wife and children. We had a family meal, then made several purchases while the children were entertained by the soft play area, which resulted in our stay lasting longer than expected. I did not have any knowledge of the parking restrictions for your branch and was surprised to receive a £100 fine through the post today. What a rude way to notify us never to return to your branch again with our children.
