Avoid at all costs.

This is one star because there isn't a zero star option. I paid £60 for flowers to be delivered to a friend on the day of her brothers funeral. The flowers never arrived and when I complained they promised to deliver another one 'as soon as the flowers were available'. Over 6 months later and I'm still waiting. They have not responded to my request for a refund.
