The customer support on this platform is awful

The customer support on this platform is awful. I had trouble getting help with my health and safety issue with the host, who cared only about making money from me rather than protecting the health of my unborn baby. I paid £6000 for a booking, which I did not use because I wanted to protect my health. Instead of helping me, Airbnb was useless and kept delaying the process until it became clear that they couldn't offer any support at all.
