I will not do business with this company
Once I have paid off this futon, I will not do business with this company. The first time I ordered from the company, I worked with a customer service representative who was rude and unprofessional. The second time, I worked with Angela, who was professional and courteous. Vick, on the other hand, was neither courteous nor professional; in fact, he did little to inspire confidence in the company and its products or services.
