Terrible customer service!

Although GoPuff has been generally reliable in the past, it failed to deliver on one occasion recently. The delivery was extremely late and we had to contact the company's customer service department several times before they cancelled the order. Unfortunately, they did not provide any notification of missing items or refunds at that time; we have since contacted them again to resolve our complaint and expect a full refund.
