When I received my order, it was discovered that the product I had won was no longer in stock according to the supplier. However, DealDash's customer service team worked hard to provide me with a similar set of products of equal value, as well as a free bid package to make up for their mistake. I was very impressed by how quickly they handled this situation and how well they treated me.
