In March 2017, I purchased a set of headlights for my 2015 Jeep Renegade from an order placed on the company's website. After installing the headlights and finding that only the low beams worked, I sent an email to customer service requesting assistance with the issue. The company representative who responded (Paul) directed me to a YouTube video describing how to bend the pins on the connector in order to get both high and low beams working. Although this attempt failed, I called Paul back and he walked me through it again until both high and low beams were operating as intended. The next day I shipped the headlights back to the company along with a message requesting a refund for shipping costs as well as for return shipping costs accrued by them because of my dissatisfaction with their product. After nearly two months went by without hearing anything further from the company concerning this matter, I decided to reach out again via email detailing my dissatisfaction with their product and requesting information about whether or not they would be willing to offer me some sort of compensation for my time spent trying to resolve this issue with their product. The same representative named Paul responded once more stating that he was unable to provide me with any kind of refund or compensation for my time spent attempting to resolve this matter due to their policy
