I’ve had the worst online experience. I ordered my item on the 29/01/2021 and did not receive any notification from TRR about my tracking detail from UPS. It wasn’t until I had contacted them for updates on the 12/02/21, that a) I received my tracking number and b) was alarmed when they informed me that my package had arrived in the UK and there had been failed delivery attempts! I want this resolved ASAP!
