Horrible

It's been 36 hours since I've made the initial request and have only heard from my provider once when she asked a clarifying question. I've responded but it is not helpful if I have to wait another 24 hours after responding to receive another response from the doctor. At this point, I have not received a treatment plan or prescription so I'm still gonna have to go to an urgent care to get treatment
