I have already bought 4 pairs of watches in Jomashop, and all these purchases were positive, fast and at a good price. But my last purchase was a little disappointing. Two weeks after I received the watch, the crown fell off it. I sent them emails several times asking them to replace the product by email and waited for a response for more than a month. As a result, I returned the broken watch (the store paid for return shipping), and the money was returned to me within a week. If it wasn't for the delay on the part of the support service, I would have put more stars.
