Total garbage!

A total waste of 40$!! Even on low it works so loud, on high sounds it works like a jet getting ready to take off! I'm very disappointed, as there is no way to use it at night! It does not actually cool my room even if I put cold water or ice! There is also no option to turn off that led light! They are very bright. Total garbage!
