Terrible service...

Terrible service. I have invested a large amount at a fixed interest rate for one year. I am now trying to get the money back to my original account from which I originally sent the money. My account was blocked because they said there was suspicious activity. Now they want me to come directly to them. The reason I created an online account was to save on going to the banks.
Don't use them if you want to save your nerves.
