They refused to provide a discount
They refused to honor their rebate. Then, when some of the contacts were defective, they were willing to send out replacement lenses, but sent a different brand of lenses. When I contacted them to try to get the right lenses (the ones I'm prescribed), they refused to correct their mistake. Guess I'm stuck with off-brand garbage instead. Terrible company. Do not do business with them.
