Worst airport car-rental service ever

Worst airport car-rental service ever. We booked a car through Phoenix Car Rental because it was advertised as an on-site service and we were charged accordingly, but the company is actually off-site and if you have an early or late flight, you'll have to pay for a taxi or Uber to get to the airport on time. The employees are dimwits and it took forever for us to actually get the car after we landed. This business is a scam for what they advertise and what you will actually get when you go to pick up your rental.
