I order the item on the 13th

I order the item on the 13th, said it shipped on 15th, never received an email on tracking item but had put the physical address as well as their P.O. Box number and it is now the 4th of January, and they still have not received their gift and it is difficult to get a response back although it says you respond within 48 hours.
