When I lost my cat, I was in a whirlwind of emotion and forgot to cancel our monthly weruva subscription from Chewy.com. I called to cancel my subscription and they did so much more than that—canceling the subscription and sending me a refund as well as flowers for my loss. It was truly heartwarming to feel so much compassion from the person I spoke with and from the Chewy company itself. Thank you so much, Simon!
