Worried a bit because of terrible reviews

So I found this opportunity to rent a car online and read a few terrible reviews and was worried to use it but neverthelessI tried and can't be happy enough with the services. First of all I received prompt email responses, very polite and effective. I was picked up in Vegas by very polite and friendly representative and received a nice car but I refused their car insurance and used my own by separate policy. The car was good, without any technical or visual effects. I would recommend Foxrent to all my friends.
