BrandyMelville has requested my mother's credit card twice and taken her money. When customers asked for proof, BrandyMelville provided proof, but then declined the refund, even though this has never happened before. I wondered whether or not they actually issued the refund, so I contacted my bank. It can be because my bank is international; however, I then asked for further methods of refunding including cash or store credits and sent an email warning; however, they continued ignoring my three following emails in a disrespectful manner. This is criminal behavior on their part to cheat customers out of their money and effort. Your business is unethical and should not be in practices.
