Lasership has lost three packages during the past year. Lasership's customer service department failed to respond to my emails and phone calls. After waiting five days for a package that was "Out for Deliver," I finally received an email stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." This is code for "your package is lost or stolen."
