I placed an order, but the product I received was not the one I ordered. When I contacted the company to cancel my order, they shipped it anyway and said they did not get my cancellation request before shipping. Now they are charging me for return shipping and refusing to refund my money. 1A Auto also has an F rating with the BBB due to a history of unresolved complaints.
