Very poor service
Very poor service. I booked a flight yesterday morning and payment was succesfully made via Ideal but booking was never confirmed. Contact via phone is impossible because they ask for credit card number or booking reference. I didn't use my credit card for the booking and never received a booking reference. Chat function on their website gives useless chatbot answers. And emails are replied with auto generated answers. I want my money back!
