Zaful obfuscates the refund policy by saying that an easy refund and refund is possible, but deeply hides in its terms and conditions that the refund basically does not apply to any of the items they sell. The quality of their swimsuits is terrible, and the sizes are absolutely wrong. A very bad experience, which I hope others can avoid. Do not use the app and do not buy at zaful at all.
