I signed up because the price was good and I saw an add that said this: "Unlimited Online Faxing $10/mo
No Monthly Page Limits — HumbleFax is an unlimited online faxing service that makes your fax machine obsolete". As I need to send out about 350 faxes a month (12/day avg), this was perfect. After sending out 309 faxes all up front to my clients, my account was suspended. Customer service said I am marketing, which is not the case. Then they tried to upsell to a different level of payment...somehow the marketing accusation was forgotten. As much as I enjoyed using their service for a day, I cannot trust them. I asked them why they suspended my account right away and asked for a different package instead of contacting me first, they had no reply. And their customer service is absolute rude: I read that on a review here before I signed up and thought it was a one-off. No, it happened to me as well.
