The whole process was positive. The order was made quickly and easily. my bookcase arrived as expected. The delivery process was explained in detail, I was reminded, and everything was professional and on time. The delivery was made early on Monday morning, the driver called me an hour before arrival. The staff helped to bring it into the house and put it where I asked. I recommend it. They are professionals.
