Good customer service

I bought some items just over three weeks ago for a vacation that has now passed. I still haven't received my stuff. It took a while to get through to customer service and get a response, the woman was very nice and actually gave me money back for my items. I understand that delivery will take some time, but I do not mind because my situation was resolved very well
